Five Guys in Portland

Called 5 times during the hours they’re open and no answer. I had a question about an allergy but I suppose they’re too careless to answer the phone. It states their hours on google and their website. If you guys are open then it would be helpful if you’d answer the phone. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.

I love this place! Can't beat their burgers and fries. And the free peanuts are awesome.

Pretty good burger, but they r starting to out price themselves. At 16 dollars, I might start considering the sirloin baked potato and large salad at Texas Roadhouse. Food for thought

I usually like this place, but this time I can not go back. The workers tonight were very careless. I asked for extra lettuce in my burger and they gave me little bitty pieces of lettuce. And to top that off I went home to eat my burger and FOUND A HAIR!! These workers should wear hair nets when it comes to working with food. Will not be going back to this five guys.

Great place to get a burger. Nice location within walking distance of the piers. Clean. Just what you expect from a Five Guys. As their usual setup they offer Peanuts while you wait and have the drink machines that have 500 soda choices. Prices are high for a burger when compared to other fast food, but its very much worth it to spend the extra to get a much better fast food style burger.

Its Five Guys, thats all you need to know....quality burger with a backyard BBQ taste, fresh veggies on top, with perfectly cooked and seasoned fries. You cant go wrong!

Huge fry portions! A small is really good for two or three people.

Bangin' burgers, fantastic fries, and plenty-o-peanuts while you wait... What's not to like? Smiling servers too!

The regular burger is too big...go small..much better!

Very friendly service. Happy staff make a great burger and thank God they were open 9:45 PM Wednesday Nov 7th as most places were closed already. We were served with a happy face and a delicious burger that did not disappoint.Thank you

i come here a lot and almost every time there is a lot of traffic and I must say kudos to the employees who are always on there feet, working fast, and still manage to make FANTASTIC food! thanks!

I have been to a five guys before but for some reason the Cheese burger (with everything in the black list at the cashier) I ate here was the best I've had in a long time. The service was was good and the place was clean.

Great place for fresh burgers and fries

I haven't been back there in a very long time... I recall, that it was one of the best burgers I've eaten... and I've had many good ones. The burger, was juicy, tender, delicious and customized it to my liking. The fries are also excellent... and open until 2am.I went there after the Old Port bars closed, the place was wildly entertaining, a bit loud with many buzzed customers, Sooo fun.... 😜I definitely think it's a great way to end the evening... buzzed or not!

I have yet to have a poor experience with a Five Guys, and this particular one is no exception. Plus it introduced me to the fact some locations have build-your-own shakes, which I naturally indulged in.

Food was great! Full of flavor and made to order. 15$ for a burger and what seems to be a small shake,... YIKES! 1600 calories? Well if this is all you are going to eat in a day I guess that's ok.

Fresh fresh everything. They cook fries when u arrive from an online order.

One of my favorite fast food chains. Still not health food, but MUCH better quality than other big hamburger places. Tip: "The little burger" (single patty) is usually the right size for most people especially if you load up on toppings.

Great, spacious restaurant with lots of seating indoors and out and clean restrooms. They make a beautiful burger!!

Superior burgers & fries!

The burgers and fries are the bomb! On a busy afternoon service can be a little slow but well worth the wait...you can order food online and have it delivered by door dash or other online delivery sites.

Soft gooey cheeseburgers with crispy bacon and melty cheese. Obviously you need one right this second. Go!

It's a burger joint although when I was there there was someone behind the counter that can only be described as a human parrot he kept screeching someone's order number every 10 seconds when calling it out waiting a min or 2 then calling it again would have been more than enough

Slowest service ever. Explains why the place is empty at 5pm.

The employees working during the “drunk rush” at 0130 am tonight, 10/12/19, deserve a raise. They worked as quickly and as professionally as possible despite dealing with customers that were rude and obnoxious and did not clean up their tables after themselves. I commend the employees and give them 5 stars. My burger and fries were great!

I THINK FIVE GUYS SERVES THE BEST HAMBURGERS COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE AND FOR A GREAT PRICE. ADDITIONALLY AVAILABLE ARE GREAT FRIES AND COKE A COLA DRINKS SERVED FROM A SODA FOUNTAIN.

Unless you're really hungry, I would recommend ordering a "little" burger. They only have one patty but are still pretty big. The regular burgers have two patties. All the toppings you want are free but sometimes they put a little too much on the burgers. The fries are made to order & you get a huge portion. You could definitely share them with someone. You can also request seasoned fries which are also really good. While you wait for your order, they have complmentary salted peanuts in the shell. They're also very tasty. I would definitely recommend going to five guys if you like burgers and fries. The milk shakes are also pretty amazing!!!

The people are always friendly and helpful. The burgers are absolutely fantastic!!
